Pilot Refresher
(IMO Resolution 960 (XXIII) Annex 1 Paragraph 5.5. - Updating/Refresher Training for Ships’ Pilots)
Duration:2.5 Days. The International Maritime Organisation (IMO) has recommended that ships’ pilots should receive refresher training, to ensure the continuation of their proficiency and the updating of their knowledge. This course has been developed to implement the IMO recommendations by combining high quality lectures, teamwork exercises and world class standard simulation in a realistic teamwork environment. It sets out to address potential deficiencies in training and to ensure updating of the knowledge & skills necessary to operate ECDIS and Radar as aids to navigation.
