This course focuses on the theory and principles of resource management. Ideally students should have completed a Bridge Team Management course and/or have extensive experience as watchkeeping officers in seagoing ships. It is designed primarily for senior officers aboard ship. The use of simulator exercises in this course is to illustrate the theory and principles of resource management rather than to develop skills in bridge teamwork.
