Full Description:
This one day offshore safety course is aimed at personnel who come in contact with helicopters and for personnel who require safety training. During this programme delegates will have an opportunity to practice and demonstrate skills which it is not possible to practice offshore during drills, exercises and offshore training. They will be required to demonstrate their skills and the level of knowledge and understanding of the following: Helicopter emergencies - Emergency Breathing System (EBS) equipment, Helicopter escape, EBS Familiarization, Practical Helicopter Escape, and In-Water Procedures.

ITEMS TO BRING:
National Photographic Idendification/Passport/Drivers License, Medical Certificate (If required), Swim wear and towel, €1 coin for safety locker.
For pool activities it is advisable to bring a change of clothing i.e.
-T-shirts, tracksuits, etc.
N.B.-On the first day of the course, please be in the Reception area of the NMCI by 8.45am.
The course will finish at approximately 6pm each day.
