Irish Naval Service Short Term Courses
Short courses in the Irish Naval Service can be broken into two main groups, mandatory and elective. Mandatory courses are those required for a person to be eligible to serve aboard ship and include fire fighting, sea survival, PSSR and First Aid.
Elective courses are those which a person may wish to complete in order to open up new career opportunities in the future.
