Important Notice – STCW Course Certification
NMCI Training Services is transitioning the certification of STCW courses to the Seafarers Information System (SIS).
This is a mandatory requirement of the Marine Surveyors Office.
As a result of this transition, STCW certificates will be issued through SIS following the successful completion of training.
Learner Registration Requirements
To register for any STCW course, learners must have a Seafarers ID and upload a photograph and signature to the SIS.
This registration only needs to be completed once.
Once your details are registered on SIS, they will apply to all subsequent STCW courses.

Please click REGISTER on the site as seen below.
When registering:
1. Please complete all required fields and click Next.
2. You will then be required to upload a photograph and your signature to the system.
3. Only after these steps have been completed can you be registered onto the course.
4. Once you successfully complete the course, your STCW certificate will be issued through SIS.
