The lecturer
Course developer and lecturer Jeffrey Blum has unrivalled experience since 1972 in freight forwarding, logistics, chartering, trading, ship operating, shipbroking, marine insurance, commercial claims, litigation and arbitration. A Past Chairman of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers London Branch, he is the 4th generation of a shipping family, has been lecturing since 1984 in several universities throughout the UK and is a Visiting Professor at the IMO’s World Maritime University in Malmo and at the Shanghai Maritime University. He has conducted public and bespoke training courses worldwide since 1997.
