- Delegates must be in possession of a valid GWO Basic Safety Training First Aid Certificate
- All personnel participating in Basic Safety Training shall be medically fit and capable of fully participating.
- The Delegates shall also have a personal Delegate profile in WINDA and provide their own WINDA ID prior to completing training.

Full Description:
The aim of this module is to enable participants, through theoretical and practical training, to refresh the participants prior experiences, knowledge, skills, and abilities to enable participants to recognise signs and symptoms of life threating situations and administer safe and effective first aid in the wind turbine industry/WTG environment in order to save lives, preventing further illness or injury, until the casualty can be handed over to the next level of care in case of an incident in the wind turbine industry/WTG environment.

PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF THE PRIMARY SURVEY
The aim of this lesson is to refresh the participants prior experiences, knowledge, skills, and abilities to enable the participants to recognise signs and symptoms of life threating situations and save lives and preventing injury to the casualty by being able to use primary survey to provide the correct and effective lifesaving first aid in case of an emergency situation in the wind industry.
SCENARIO-BASED TRAINING
The aim of this lesson is to refresh the participants prior experiences, knowledge, skills, abilities to enable the participants to be able to assess, assist and provide the correct lifesaving basic first aid in an incident in the wind industry.
Duration: 4 hours
The aim of this module is to enable participants, through theoretical and practical training, to refresh the participants prior experiences, knowledge, skills, and abilities to enable participants to recognise signs and symptoms of life threating situations and administer safe and effective first aid in the wind turbine industry/WTG environment in order to save lives, preventing further illness or injury, until the casualty can be handed over to the next level of care in case of an incident in the wind turbine industry/WTG environment.
